That really was an incredible day. Not necessarily for the markets because the major equity indices such as the S&P 500 (SPX) didn’t see a big move. I consider it an incredible day because there was a historic Phase 1 deal with China on the same day Articles of Impeachment for the President was sent to the Senate. Both were celebrated with smiles and excitement and the market frankly didn’t really care.
