Just as bullish sentiment among newsletter writers rose for the second week, so too did individual investor sentiment. The American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) reported bullish sentiment among its members increased to 36.6% from 34.24% in the prior week. Bearish sentiment pulled back for the second week to 44.67% from 49.73%. Neutral sentiment had its third increase, rising to 18.73% from 16.03%.
