There was some confusion over our call to go back on offense via tactical rotation into Value, Banks, and Tanks on Tuesday. The main question was are we back on the bull or just rotating out of one space into another?
I am writing a clarifying piece to address exactly that question. The short answer is yes to both – we downgraded our market view in January for tactical reasons and as you will see later today in the post – we went back on offense for tactical reasons.
