The release of the most recent Bank of America Fund Survey showed the most pessimism among fund managers since the pandemic in May 2020, Great Financial Crisis in October 2008, and 9/11 terror attack in October 2001. Obviously, this brings into question whether the market weakness and poor sentiment have already discounted a recessionary environment.
