The National Association of Realtors reported Existing Home Sales, (which counts the sales of previously owned homes) surged 11.8% on a month-over-month basis to seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.51m units in February, well above the consensus estimate of 5.10m or 3.2% m/m.
