From time to time Canacccord Genuity becomes involved in small financings or might have a small participation in a larger financing for a TSX Venture Private Placement. As a client of Canacccord Genuity it is your responsibility to express your interest in any such private placements to your advisor. Under the firms Policies and Procedures any expression of client interest in a private placement will be immediately communicated by the advisor to a central location and we will ensure that client interest at the firm is satisfied before any pro participants.
