S&P equity futures are trading above prior close. Asian markets mostly higher overnight, finishing a strong month for the region (though HK lagged). European markets also higher. Treasuries mixed with some curve steepening. Dollar index up 0.5% but still down ~3% for November. Gold off 0.5%. WTI crude up 0.6%.
