After the dismal Existing Home Sales report yesterday, today, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) released their House Price Index, which was slightly better than estimates. For November, the HPI rose 0.4%, beating the 0.3% estimate. This was in line with a revised 0.4% in October and is the 82nd consecutive m/m increase in home price.
