There are times where there is just no edge in making a big near-term market call. I was just saying to my market analyst – Mike Welch – that in my mind, I have changed my tactical opinion 10 times today. Tech is sloppy, small caps are underperforming, but the overall indices are just acting choppy. This is the kind of environment referenced where we are looking for a pause in the upside. In other words, no reason to get negative or defensive, just waiting for a more definable near-term edge.
